Registration & abstract submission

We sincerely apologize, but in addition to the invited speakers, we can accommodate about 100 participants, after which we must close registration.

Step-by-step registration

The AAIF 2025 has a three-step secure registration system:

  1. The 1st step is to register your e-mail address and give your selected password. After doing so you may sign in and continue the procedure. Please note, that there is no way for group registration, one e-mail address can be used for one application.
  2. The 2nd step (“pre-registration”) involves including your personal details. This step is necessary if you would like to submit your abstract. If your affiliation is not in the database yet, please press “Add affiliation” and enter the data in that sheet.
  3. In the 3rd step, please select your registration category/scientific background, even if the participation in the meeting is complimentary!

Registration fee for students includes:

  • Submission of 1 abstract

Please note, this category is dedicated for spouses, family members, etc., not for experts of the field, the category neither contains access to the Conference sessions, nor the scientific materials.

Pre-payment can be made either by major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa) during the secure online registration or by bank transfer payable to:

Registration will be acknowledged in writing. Official invoices and receipts for fees paid by the participants will be handed over on site upon registration. On site, registration fees and optional programmes can be paid in cash in convertible currency or in Hungarian Forint. Besides, credit cards listed above will be accepted. The organisers regret that cheques cannot be accepted. They should be cashed at the banks.

Credit Card

For the online payment VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard, Card number are suitable with expiry date, card holder’s name, billing address of the cardholder and CVV code (the last three digits on the back of the credit card where the signature is – only VISA and EC/MC). Terms and conditions of participation

Advanced online registration is a condition of participation in the Workshop. During the online registration you should accept the terms and conditions of participation as well as the terms of cancellation written on this website. The registration fee/accompanying person’s registration fee includes entertainment allowances, such as catering services, reception, cultural event, dinner etc. In the final invoice the amount of these services will be indicated as intermediary service. Hotel accommodation orders (if any) are also subject of intermediary service. See also the general terms and conditions here.


Cancellation policy

All cancellations are accepted only in writing addressed to diamond@diamond-congress.hu.

Deadlines

For registration cancellations received prior to 14 April 2025

From 14 April 2025, the refund is 50%.

No refund is possible for cancellations submitted on or after 01 May 2025.
